Patients who take three or more types of daily tablets are eligible for a blister pack service. As your normal daily medications come in weekly blister packs, it’s easier for you or your carer to make sure your tablets are taken as prescribed. You can easily detect a missed day or multiple daily dosages in a single day.
Your blister pack can either be collected from the pharmacy, or we can deliver it using our prescription delivery service
How does it work?
One side of each blister pack has a list of the seven days of the week, and your medication times are displayed across the top. Tablets are contained in each “blister” and need to be taken on that day and at that time. This makes our weekly blister packs a great visual aid for whether you’ve taken your tablets yet, or not.
